Quick update while my boss is at lunch

Thank-you guys for suffering through that long post and weighing in. I am touched by your wisdom. I really believe that this is a situation with no “right” answers, but very possibly, some wrong ones. 

My brother called me this morning. He wanted me to take a look at a counter offer the realtor had drawn up. I was happy that my brother consulted me before it was sent over. Personally, I think we are probably asking for too much money, and the deal will fall through. However, if this is the price that he is comfortable asking for, I am willing to let go a bit. 

I will let you know what happens.
